Guildbank Policies
*NOTE*Please remember this will update frequently and with out notice, so check it now and then, If any of these policies are not followed, you will loose access to the Gbank. Continued Misuse of the Gbank can result in a /gkick

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE! "The Gbank is for guilded characters only! not guilded players, if your alt is not in the guild then do not make withdraws and mail them to your alts!!!" This rule will be strictly enforced!

Bloodhoof Clan Tabs/Deposits/Requests
Tab 1: Misc. Stuff (Clan Member/Raider - 5 Withdraws)
Tab 2: Misc. Stuff 2 (Clan Member/Raider - 5 Withdraws)
Tab 3: Rare & Expensive Items (Request Only Tab)
Tab 4: The Armory (Armor, Weapons & Related) (Clan Member/Raider - 5 Withdraws)
Tab 5: Enchanting Mats, Primals & Related (Request Only Tab)
Tab 6: Raiding Needz - Food, Elixers, Flasks Ect (Raider - 2 Withdraws)

Please only deposit items in there appropriate tab, if there is no room in that tab, please mail all items to Sangwynn. If you seen an item in a "request only tab" please send an in game mail to "Sangwynn" with the item requested, quantity, and reason, for the withdraw. Greens deposited in the armory tab may be withdrawn if you plan to equip it! If you do not plan to equip the item, then do not withdraw it, these will be disenchanted and teh mats be redeposited for YOU! to get enchants! (do not withdraw for any other purpose other than equipping)

Guild Bank Gold Savings/Overflow Character/Other Policies:
All gold Deposited into the guild bank will be used for the guild in many ways, The most important being the purchase of tabs for increased storage, The guildmaster has created a character just for the purpose of "Guildbank Management" This character will store rarely used items and cycle them into the Gbank from time to time. If you "Seen" an item you didn't need one day, and went back to see it gone!? Send Sangwynn an in game mail with the item requested and she will check the Gbank Toon, and see if the item is still in stock. Any overflow items may be sold on the Auction House at any time (useally after long periods of non-use, or an overstock of an item) If this happens, 75% of the profit goes back into the gbank. Gbank Cleanout:
Every now and then i will have whats called a "Guildbank Cleanout" Items will be taken out of the guildbank and mailed to users who will be able to use them, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!! that you get with me or an officer and get your guild info tab updated to show your professions, so i know who to mail these items to. Any items not mailed will be sold off or disenchanted and the money/materials go back into the Gbank.

Armory Cleanout:
Every Now and then all greens will be disenchanted by the guildmaster, and the mats will be deposited back to the Gbank. So if there is a piece of armor in the Gbank you need get it ASAP.

Crafting Mats Cleanout:
Every now and then i will remove Netherweave & Frostweave Cloth, and make bags for the guilds use, Netherweave = 16 Slot, Frostweave = 20 Slot. We will also from time to time remove leather of all kinds to make armor kits for the guilds use. So if you see these items and need them for skill ups, please get them ASAP.

Please be sure to keep up to date on the Guild bank rules, Breaking these rules can result in you being removed from the guild!
