Welcome to the "Bloodhoof Clan Community/Leveling Guild"
I guess your all wondering what the hell does that mean?
With my experiences in guild management over the past 3 years, i have come to conclusion on what kind of guild that i want to run, My whole point in making this guild was to be fair and have fun. The motto i wanted to use for this guild went something like this, Bloodhoof Clan, Where Friends & Fun Come Before Loot... But we decided as a group not to use that, EVEN THO, its the very definition of what my guild was going to be, and it was working great.... Until raiding arrived....
Ya see, Bloodhoof Clan started almost 4 years ago, i was new to the game and wanted to mess with the guild features. So me and my Level 20 something Turen Hunter "Talmok" started a guild called, Bloodhoof Clan.. (Named after Bloodhoof Village)...I checked out the features for a while and... about a week later i started playing Alli-Side. (BIG MISTAKE! lol not really i met some good peeps, read on) Where i joined a guild named Spiritus Sancte and played with them up to early karazhan... then the guild i was in split, beacuse some people had problems with other ect ect...stupid shit...But to speed up the story I met a couple guys named, Butterfayce(Used to be un BHC) Gibaroo( Xanadon), Ballston (Canilly/Necrofilac) and then shortly after i met, Zandulf(Syronis) at a gas station he worked at....And we all started a guild... Sanity Is For The Weak... We raided a bit, but i got bored quick.... So i told teh guys i was going to make a Horde twink Character to experience the horde side pvp. When i made this toon everyone else made a toon as well... now, we are all on the horde side...so i pull out "Bloodhoof Clan" we all joined and started recruiting, with really no intentions, we just wanted to run instances and needed more people our level to do it. From there, Wll its was along hard grind to 70 and most of you know what happened from there.
Now back to the arrival of raiding..
We have had Kara on farm for a while, and things have changed a bit in teh guild since we now raid.. people are tense, & want loot, but its not dropping.. Some Ole Same Ole... And someone blows up in a raid and totally crashes everyone's morale. So i delt with it swiftly and probably too quickly... And Then BHC Split...All i could think about was the drama and evil that went on with Spiritus Sancte when it split, now im the leader, and i have to hold together a guild who was progressing through Zul'aman. I did my best but it was too much for me...so i took a break, Linnarria and Tannara held the ship togther while i was gone. I played LOTRO a bit, but i came back... And pulled it together again.
Now we are 80, and the guild has done a complete 180 an we are back on track, had a lil trouble with Naxx, Got through it, on to Ulduar, Mimron down, and our raiding in BHC comes to a hault, 100 original accounts and i cant pull together 25 competent people to run a raid, Hell 10 man was getting to be a problem... and this brings us to the present. What do we do now!?
I think back to what this guild used to be, back at level 20 something, it was a guild of lowbies and newbies running instances and haveing fun, passin out lootz like we owned the place... and it was great. And i think i need to bring that back to BHC, and go back to having fun

Your probably wondering why im telling you all this... Well its simple...i want you to see how serious i am about BHC lasting until the server shuts down. No matter what happens. This guild is more to me than just a guild, its a memory of the experience me and my friends had from level 1-80, and i hope...beyond.
So this is whats going to happen...
At the time of this posting, Bloodhoof Clan is going to become a Community/Leveling Guild, we will no longer be "schedualing" raids, but raids will happen. The rules, and everything will change to refelct that of a Community/Leveling Guild. The people who want to raid hard in this guild will join a new guild ran by Dora/Stymata/Kazza/(You get the picture). This guild will have STRICT requirements, This guild will be for the high end of raiding.. you will have to apply to join this guild, just like any other guild, BUT by being in Bloodhoof Clan, you better your chances. These two guilds will have a alliance of sorts, beacuse some of the people in the new guild will have alts in BHC.
Now on to me and what i am going to do. Sangwynn will be joining the new guild as an officer and will enjoy the hardcore raiding aspect her class is built for. My Death Knight, Syndrome will be made the guildmaster of BHC and will continue to keep the guild going as Community/Leveling Guild. EVERYONE is welcome to stay, form raid groups and the such and have fun... DRAMA (defined by me!) will be dealt with swiftly... So keep drama out of public channels! since i will not be schdualing raids it will be up to you guys to form and run raids, If i see someone taking the initiative and doing what needs to be done to help, you will gain special rank in the guild and be made a leader of sorts for raiding/pvp ect. SO be on yer best.
This desision hasnt been an easy one it has been given alot of thought, and we feel...this is the best way to Give the Casuals what they need, and Give The Hardcore what they need as well.
Ill be more than happy to answer any questions on this topic, here on the forums, Not in game and NOT on vent

Thanks for your support!
